This is a 4x4 model (PF09 TPS) Pin 11 to Pin 30; 608 ohms (norm 300-600) Pin 30 to Pin 17; 608 ohms (norm 300-600) Pin 30 to Pin 17 rolling the throttle reads from 608 to 180 ohms (norm 600 to 40). While rolling the throttle I notice the meter will hit Infinity a couple of times . I am thinking its toast. Need another opinion or two though. Joeri?
My problem is when mashing the throttle the car will start to haul azz till around 3500 rpm and start to stutter and will not rev any farther . My wideband (LC1) will read 9.6 AFR . If I gently roll into the throttle the and get the car above 3500 rpm and mash the car goes like a scalded cat. Wideband reads 11.3 AFR.
The engine speed sensor , phase sensor have been replaced and clearances rechecked. MAP , ATS, CTS, IGN AMP, and fuel pump(044) replaced. I am at my wits end

Your AFR of 9.3 is the problem. You are getting spark wash due to being way too rich. 11.3 is still way too rich for a naturally aspirated engine. Without seeing the car in person I would say its purely your tune and not mechanical. When you gently roll past the 3500 rpm range you will still be commanding 14.7 so thats why you are able to do that. And in the higher rpms the engine can get rid of or burn excess fuel a little easier. I suggest you work on your tune, if you are around the Wiesbaden area I could help out.

I should of have said on the Cossie running 1.2 bar. The Camaro is spot on for the tune. The tune for the Cossie is spot on also. I have this stuttering that has been getting progressively worse with time.

roy, afaik the cossie tps is just for enriching the mixture when loads change eg tip-in etc. Are you running the iaw045 ecu ? I myself would disconnect tps and try running it. If all seems fine (ex. Throttle enrichment) slowly give it some more power and see if afrs remain the same.
On my cossie i had some simular afr problems. It turned out to be ignition trouble (misfire) and this led to rich afrs..
Allso try lower boostpressure. If problen is gone, its most likely ignition related

It could also be a boost leak, had similar symptoms when one of my pipes cracked.

that is a problem when running boost and maf sensor. Cosworth ecu (at least the earlier types like this one) uses only map + tps to establish needed fuel.
(except for some watertemp / inlet temp compensation and lambda control)
When you would have a boost leak, it simply sees less boost in the inletmanifold and therefore injects and alters ignition timing for that boostpressure

Well finally think i figured it . This stuttering was only happening between 3000 and 4500 rpms. The engine was overboosting in this range . Instead of 1.2 which was showing on the guage, The car was boosting to 1.5 bar within this rpm range. Once it got above 4500 the boost came back down to 1.1 bar. Found this out from using a different boost guage. Also the AMAL was disabled by the tuner , So all Ihad left was spark cut I believe . Joeri thanks for mentioning about boost.
I gotta get this AMAL valve reenabled.
