Just wanted to drop in and say hello to all my old friends...I have since PCS'd from Okinawa in November 2010 and now stationed at Davis Monthan AFB, AZ....its strange being stateside again after 11 straight years overseas...but the 2nd day I arrived here in Arizona I kept the tradition and bought a 2011 Camaro SS/RS (L99 bad knees :( ). Exhaust work (muffler and stock resonator delete - add dynomax resonated X pipe) and Cold Air Inductions CAI go on it next week.

I do miss my old 'Bird that I sold to ChrisV6, especially all the modding I did, and audio setup...Miss the gang at the Bitburg track and cruises...but we have a nice dragstrip here that holds just the same...plus Phoenix (Firebird Raceway) will hold Camaro Fest 2 this April. I will post pics later if peeps are interested.

Take care and hope you all are doing well.

"Slick"

Hey all! Glad to see some of you still around!

Well I have the Dynatech SuperMAXX headers on, Midpipes w/ Hi-Flo cats, Cold Air Inductions, Inc. CAI installed...Muffler Deletes and 2 stages of tuning...

With first baseline tune, I hit a 13.17@107mph w/ 2.057 60' foot on stock 20" tires at 37 psi. I just got the retune after several datalogs tonight. I hope to get some runs in soon!

Car is now tuned with a little softer shifting as it was slamming too hard at first, especially into 2nd gear. Also some TM shifting into 2nd (spinning thru and going sideways) and trimmed 3rd for additional RPMS so I don't shift to 4th right before the traps. I should get 12's on street tires.

Tomorrow I get my stock resonator taken out and a Dynomax resonated X pipe put in. I also have a VMAX ported TB to arrive soon.
