Well i have recently bought some polishing equipment and have gotten really good with polishing parts throttle bodies maf ends alternators ac parts and so-on i was curious if anyone would be interested in having parts polished i am not wanting to make a killing just a few bucks i figure like 30 bucks or so. it takes me about 2 hrs to polish a maf sensor and like parts and about a day to polish a TB email me if interested or call 06781509635 BTW FREE SHIPPING

Well, baumholder is quite the drive from Ansbach, but I am interested in having my alternator polished out.

i would need you to disassemble the alternator and you can send it apo when it is done i will give you a call paypal the funds or send a check m.o and i will send it back to ya....the reason you need to disassemble it is because i take all the casting flaws off the metal to give it that billet look those aluminum shavings dont need to be in the alternator when you get it back i figure 40 for that figure they are 50 plus shipping to and from in the states let me know bro

goto this link there is a pic of one i sent to a friend in need of one.
i was not finished with this maf i spent about 1 hr on it but his car was down so i sent it to him i was in the process of taking out all the casting flaws tell me what you think
ssz28 i havnt done an intake yet this water pump i am playing with now is kicking my butt , i could try though i am sure it could be done i would just hate to experiment with someones part....let me get a junk intake from the j yard and see what i can do....

Dude, you can do better than that!! What kind of polishing compound do you have? At the local Praktiker, they have the blue and brown bars, along with the polishing wheels to go along with them.. That MAF looks really smooth, so I know you can bring WAY more luster out of it.. Keep practicing, you're doing well!

like i said i didnt finish this one because my friend needed it back home his went out so i scrapped the project and sent it to him that one you seeen there only had 1000 grit used on it and some brasso. i was still playing with it when he emailed me and asked if i has one i was like "He said POOP" i 3 of them. where is that place with the polishing compound that is what i am looking for my dad is sending me some he makes knives and has alot of that stuff but i couldnt find it here

Do you know where Opel circle is? It is right at the bottom of the Ktown West exit. If you get off like you're going to Toys R' Us or ROB, it is right there.. As soon as you walk in, there's a drill section on the right. it's all right there..
