The ZR1 had that 32valve dohc engine developed by Lotus... also all aluminium and 375hp, but something quite rare.

hhmmm nice :P unfortunately nothing fits this engine (lLT5) from both the ls series as the lt series, even the gearbox doesn't fit :cry:

unfortunately power is "only" 375hp : less then an ls6 :cry:

Thanks for the link - however, i'm looking for the 6spd, and something with less miles than that. 134,000 is gonna be due for a rebuild.

Still trying to work it out with Chris as he tries to work with his insurance!
