This may sound crazy but it gets rid of the blind spot.
1. Adjust seat to like normal
2. Put your head back against the headrest
3. Adjust your L/R mirrors like normal
4. Bring your head back to your normal driving position
5. Adjust your rear veiw mirror
6. Now you will have 360 visibility from your cockpit while looking foward.
It will take a few seconds to get used to but no more blind spot so you can focus on driving and not turn your head @ 100+ MPH. I found it in a POV safety message and it works.
