I know a guy selling a 1956 oval beetle, which is roadworthy, for $8000. If you see the kind of condition this thing is in, you will truly be able to appreciate it.

He is also selling a 1950 split-window beetle for $6000. This one is in excellent shape also, but it is almost completely torn apart. He has all the parts, but you'd have to finish what he started. If you're looking for a great project, this is for you!

If you know anyone seriously interested, please let me know.. He wants these to move fast, and believe me, if I could take them both, I WOULD...
