Can you ship to Finland ? I could be interested in the stock ls6 short block plus some misc. parts. Does it include all covers and oil pan ?

Yes I have it all. Not sure if it would be cheap to send to finland though?
Rockers are stock LS1 1.7

What kind of Compression those heads give? Are those stock lifters? What kind of pistons in the 346 forged block? Can it handle boost?

Lunati Pro Mod forged I beam 6.125 rods with forged Diamond pistons. the stage LS6 II is around 11.1 compression.
