This whole deal is kinda messy.
First - The car is owned by one person who is in Moscow.
Second - The Owner is having a friend sell the car for him
Third - The friend doesn't know anything about the car
Fourth - The Car is located at a Dealer
Fifth - The Dealer doesn't really no much about the car, since I asked them a bunch of questions and even waited for him to go out to the car and look at it before he answered me.
Six - The Friend that has all of the paper work for the car is going on a trip for a month.
Seventh - The car is about $2,000 over Blue Book and it will be even more over in two months, when it becomes a year older.
Gotta go for now. Peace

I'm looking, but I can only survive for about one month with only one car. My wife and I both work (different hours) and we have a 4 month old baby. So we both need a car to get to work and pick-up/drop-off the baby at day care.
I am hoping that something will come up for sale in my price range soon or I will be stuck with a base beater for the rest of my time here. Of course I would have a lot more of a selection in the States as far as cars go. I guess I will just have to wait and see what happens. I do appreciate all of the help looking for a car.

about the SS, I would walk away, around here you can buy 00-01 SS and WS.6 all day long for that money, and they will be either loaded with luxory, or the performance options. Jack, I think that is the 98+ SS wing, the 96-97 SS has a real subtle lip to it.
About the 5.0, that one sounds like your average car that has the tires sticking out 4 inches from the fenders riding on 14" 109 spoke chrome wheels with curb feelers. But as far as the Blue book is concerned, you will not, and I repeat not find a 89-93 LX for book. As a example (and I'm not saying the cars are in the same league) try to find a Buick T-type, or Grand National for book, or a turbo TA.
