I am definetly always willing. I just wish I could say I am always ready, but I have to admit I am wipped. We have a 5 month old daughter, our first and only so we are still new at this baby thing. I should be able to escape for an hour or two for some play time on the weekend. Probably not this Saturday though. The wife is going shopping with a friend at Ramstein, so I need to watch the little one. Maybe Sunday or if she gets back at a decent hour, Saturday afternoon. Let me know what you have planned.

By the way were are all of the F-Bodies on Spangdahlem? When I had the Honda you couldn't turn a corner without tripping over 2 or 3 F-bodies. Now that I have the SS I think I have seen one driving around. Did they all go south for the winter? Peace:)

You all are wacked. Maybe you have been huffing the rest of that bottle!!!! I would waste more than a tank of gas racing you guys, buy the time I got up there and back.
I haven't gone underground. I am still driving. Not like I have much of a choice. Only allowed on car!!
I am willing whenever.

I heard about that, getting a 383 stroker? Sounds like it will be sweet when it is done. What is the estimated HP?

Basically this setup will be a completely new short block built by ARE. All forged internals with 4-bolt conversion. Somewhere around 11-1 compression. I will have the factory heads ported to stage II equivalent and intake ported to 58mm. The estimate is somewhere around 430-450 hp to the ground. :)) Since I already have a SPEC stage III clutch, the rear is next to go. Of coarse this is assuming I have traction, which will not be possible with my current tires. ;)

What you mean those ghetto slicks don't give you serious traction!!!

430-450 HP to the ground....D*mn. Sounds sweet. Speaking of traction....I got my winter tires put on today and I can't believe the difference. These winter tires are awesome!!!!!! The other tires were slipping and sliding everywere in the rain. The winter tires have mad traction in the rain. I just hope they do this good in the snow, or at least 1/2 as good. My car came with 275/40 17s and my winter tires are 225/60 15s. They really suprised me with the grip they have and I can actually enjoy driving the car now. Though I must say I was getting good at sliding it sideways around almost every corner and staying on the gas the whole time with the old tires. I was worried about putting the winter tires on and then having a nice day come up and JR and Howey(Spelling?) wanting to come out and spank my *ss, but now I am like come out when it is raining and we can play:) I really need to race some one because I am starting to think this car isn't as fast as I thought it was. I just don't feel the power like I thought I did. I also want to change the plugs and fuel filter very soon, that shat is 5 years old I am sure. Probably why it runs so ruff. Or do they all have a loppy idle? Well I will go for now, I think I have rambled on enough. Peace

Hey Krazy, lets go, I will take you on in the rain. Makes no odds to me. I'm not running winter tires either. You name the time a place. :) I have a set of NGK TR55's plugs you can have. They have like 5,000 miles on them, but are still good. I went with the TR6's, so that I can smoke crack, as Bruce puts it. Image
