well....since I've made sooo many new friends, decided to let yall in on a little race I had here in town, nothing surprising or exciting really. well...there I was chillin, minding my own, when some lady decides I was driving to slow and decides to blow past me first chance she got(as soon as the road opened to 2 lanes....too bad that redlight caught us:) ...for her anywayz, light turns yellow, and she's off, the tires let off a chirp when she leaves the line from the monstrous torque of that 1.3L opel engine roaring under her hood, I wait until my slushbox decides to change to second, then I give her a cameo hair-do when I suck the dirt off her passenger door....now, behind this hot rod vixen is a mercedes 500 or 560, around a late 80's style, he sees me abusing this younglady and decides to teach me a lesson, so he passes her and jumps back in that lane to pass me too......damn!!!! red light!!!:) the driver doesn't even glance at me, he's staring at the lights so hard they start to blush, I'm looking at his lights with an evil grin on my face,"I'm gonna stomp the crap out of you for being cocky/stupid enough to try me, with a lead sled V8 merc, that prolly has 180hp and weighs 3400lbs....light turns yellow and we leave, I jump half his car right out the hole (RWD, and boost braking does that), I let up so the slush box will change to second...gear change, he's next to me wide open, I floor it and start to pull him pretty bad, so to show him what a good sport I was, I kindly wave bye-bye to him while I was waxxing him, hahaha...I slow down to ~60kmh to let him get next to me so I could give him the thumbs up and go about my biz....mr. tunnelvision won't look at me for anything (not to mention he looked really pissed)...I pace him for a second trying to get his attention, no dice, so I leave well enough alone. Don't know why he had an attitude, he jumped on me, guess he doesn't know what a 200sx is....bet he'll think twice before he jumps on another one;) ....moral of this story....there is none, I enjoy crushing bmw's and mercs, almost as much as I enjoy stomping pesky camaros and trans-ams....hehehehe, let the flames begin :)

Take one Nissan 200
Serve on a bed of rice board...
..somewhere else
Like Mars
Merc 500/560's are 5-6 second cars. Sure it wasn't a 190?

let me know when you see a 190 with a V8 ;)...I've been under the hood of one of those before, matter of fact, this car looks nothing like any 190 or 300, it's a 2 door coupe, short and wide.

So you leapt out of your Rissole, popped his hood, checked it was a V8, leapt back into your Hissan and still beat him. God, that's FAST.

Hey buddy, when you save enough money to buy a REAL car and play with th big boys, come back :)

Sorry to correct you LuS1, a 500 Merc or even a 560 V8 are nice cars but they are nowhere in the 5 to 6 range.

A 500 SEC runs about 8,2 on 100 km/h, a 560 should push it in 7,8 if i remember correctly.

You can outrun these easily with the old Nissan S13 200SX which my girlfriend has as a toy and constant repair object.

Run-4-Cover (you meant your bedsheets, huh?) - i´ll be more than happy to take you up in Bitburg or anywhere else.

When you hit a flat 5.5 on 100 km/h we can talk :)

Oh yeah, your ebonics approach is nifty also - kinda love these dumbass remarks. How old are you?

My girlfried almost pissed herself when she read that, maybe she´ll race you too, if that damn manifold ever holds tight. Watch out mate :)

for the love of god, quit wasting bandwidth and get it on. I can see you all can bench race with the best of 'em, but geez, cowboy up already.

I dont see how anything short of a 3sec 60' and a couple of missed shifts could make this a race, but hey prove me wrong.

What the ... ?

1. Sure i know a S13 from a S14. So you got the 2.0 liter hairdryer.

2. Regarding ebonics, i did not know and i just don´t tolerate any such language, regardless who started it. This is a car bopard. PERIOD

3. Well, if you´re 28 that´s fine. Still proves age does not always make you wiser.

4. Yes, i can shift faster than an automatic.

5. Relax

6. Enjoy Bitburg :)

yep...i got the 2.0L; the ebonics thing was squashed, not like I got offended or anything :) ; I really don't think you can shift faster than an auto, this thing doesn't shift like a caddilac, pretty firm shifts @ 7k rpm, the computer takes care of that, I just put it in "D" and press the pedal :)....I'm relaxed, notice the smilies, there is nothing anyone can say to me to get me all upset, this is the internet ;).....I'm planning on enjoying myself...even when I'm getting my doors caved in :)...see yall there.

99 Merc S class S500L runs 60 in 6.2
00 Merc CL500 does it in 6.0
89 500SL does it in 5.9
92 600SL does it in 6.0
The old '86 560 SEL does it in 7.1
Whatever, by 100mph, they're all 1 or 2 seconds behind the stock Z28. Just for reference.

My point is the assumption you don't know what engine he had as you said "500 or 560" so it could have been a six cylinder for all you know. Seems you'd like it to have been a V8 even if it wasn't. You could have killed a 280. Having said that, the other point is that even the 560 isn't fast on the above figures. Even a standard UK 200SX does 60 in 6.4

I agree with this man. What was the final outcome at bitburg? Hopfully it was only racing and not a fist to face event.
