Bitburg was - though just doing five runs in total :( - pretty successful - at least concerning my car against Glen's sponsor's 72 (?) Mustang convertible ... don't know what all the motor had done (302), but beat it three times ...

First time, Glen killed it on the line ... guess the motor wasn't warm enough yet ...
Second time, Glen red-lighted, but still beat him (I ran 16.6 against 16.8something).
Today, Alex drove it ... IIRC, he wanted to show Glen how to launch. I beat Alex off the line with a .538 (which won me thrird best R/T of the - short - day) against a .7something, and was ahead .4 in the finish ...

Sure is nice what this lowly V6 engine can do ... ;)

Hey Garry, I wanna race ya, after I get my car up and running. Just 6er to 6er. I know your vert is a little bit heavier, but I just want to finally beat you. ;)

Just one problem - I don't want to run the 'vert on the track anymore - that's why I'm building the '79... wouldn't have had the vert there last time had I had a car to tow the other one ...

Ahhh, ok. So you are skeeerd. Just kidding, man. I just know you were running better times than me at Sembach that time. I think you are the only other one that races their 6er. I guess I will have to start with the LT1s.
