Well we'll see in April if the weather turns for the better. . . . If he beats me so what I dont really have anything to lose I mean damn it's just a stock LS-1 with minor bolt on's. But after I get the motor work done it will take more than boost to keep up with the SS. :twisted:

What do the rustang guys need to do to hook up? Most of the ones that I know of, just can't get traction.

slicks mainly. change to a good set of control arms(both) and dump the quad shocks. and even then you still have a problem. on street tires i have spun into 3rd and scratched 4th. but like jack said i am far from stock. i have dumped a lot of weight and i am even thinking of going with a fiberglass hatch. that will shave another 40lbs right there.40lbs will put me under my 3000lbs mark in full street trim.i want all my times to be in full street trim. alot of guys that race the nmra put weight in their trunks.

i got hurt in iraq and they sre just now figuring out what was wrong. i got nerve damage in my right arm while i was over there. we got attacked on a convoy.

ill be fine and turning wrenches in about a month i was just worried they were going to med me out. but things are looking up so far. it just took them long enough to put me on the cutting table. they even brought a doctor in from duke university to cut on me.
