You could say your throttle stuck the second time. Or you forgot to shift? It is all good. Was it criusing or Racing around Nurnberg?

Can you do a Paul Harvey and do the "and now for the rest of the story" . I am not making too much sense from the bits and pieces . I guess it was one of those you had to have been there stories.

Roy, we RACED!! We pulled up next to each other, got the rpms up to about 2500, and took off. First time, I got him good, second time, he got me good!! Nothing official, but definitely fun!!!

Just like Jack said, Jack has a NASTY holeshot, sticky tires with the suspension mods, I think I had a little more power, I went from bog to tire spin trying to play catch up first run maybe 1/8 mile second run we started out pretty even I may have pulled away a very little and he hit the rev limiter Final score 1 for Jack 1 for Bruce however he beat me first, he could have left it at that and I would still be licking my wounds waiting on the mail. But it was fun. You are only hearing some of the stories there is plenty more stay tuned.

What's with this Chevelle crap?? I have yet to meet a Chevelle that even thought it could run on the same road as me. I would put them in the same category as an Audi TT. Something that a chick would drive!!!!
