Long stretch of clear motorway and a Bangle 745i cruises past. So I passed him and upped the pace. He took the bait and started coming up on the inside. I gunned it. He responded. I blew the doors off him, hitting almost 150mph in the process. I was on my way back from the drag racing at Avon Park so was hyped for it. It was really cool watching him try and fail.

LuS1fer,
do you have something like "license suspension" in England as we have it here in Germany? Or what happens when you get too many points?
Ben

Basically, you can have up to 12 points and then you get disqualified for 6 months. Depending on the frequency of building up another 12 points, the disqualification period gets longer. Courts have a discretionary power to ban you in certain circumstances ie if you were doing well over 100mph.
Driving whilst disqualified carries punishment which can be up to 6 months prison if you do it often enough. Disqualifications and points affect the cost of your insurance in the usual way.
With GATSO cameras, they send you a notice that you've been caught and if you admit it and it's not more than a certain amount over the speed limit (around 25mph), they offer you a fine of £60 plus 3 points. If it's over 25mph, you're going to Court anyway. The Court can impose more than 3 points or ban you. There is an alternative offence of failing to identify the driver of the vehicle which only carries 3 points but the fine tends to be higher. They're thinking of changing that as it provides a loophole for people who speed excessively to only get the 3 points.
