Well, if you take a look at
http://www.tolimit.de, those guys have one. I saw it first in 1999, when i was invited to Nürburgring by Ericsson. I drove a puny Honda Prelude then, but the fun thing was, that we did not only get a free ride in a 996 GT3 Cup (370hp) for one round of the actual race track, but we also had free runs on the "grün hölle" or "Nordschleife". We had a go with our own cars and the first round was led by one 928 which definitevily hat the TURBO on it. As this IS a race car (owned by the tolimit guys) i guess it can be self made or homologation stuff. As a 136hp Prelude is not one hell of a puller I can´t tell how much bang this one had. The one that tried to get me on the A-Bahn had EXACTLY the same lettering, only it missed the race spoilers and markings. Mind you, both cars had german license plates. I´m in no mood to argue, but i wanted to clear things.
Oh, bout the Frontera: It´s not that hard to bust a Carrera when it´s snowing heavily and the poor sod has summer tires. So you can sure trust me on this one
