Yeah. I got the clock. Looks like just us so I'll meet you at the B's. My friend is driving his truck up there so I won't have to sandwich a set of 225/50/15's into my trunk.

I know where the stands are at the gp track. but how do I get the the nordschleife entrance.

I think I figured it out by looking at the map. just head up the road toward dottingen?

and is there an gas station on a48 that takes gas coupons.

had fun but didn't see anybody that I didn't go with.

only did one lap. the hooptie gave me a sign at the end that said it wanted no more of that.

Was it the Brakes or tthe Exit out of Adnauer Forst?

well when I stopped to get in line to exit both of my front brakes were smoking. and then when we were almost to the exit it died and to sit there a few moments before it would start again. didn't figure I wanted that happening out on the track. I also learned you should remove all the keys from you key ring. the dang thing turned off on me at about 11km and I couldn't figure what was going on with it. finally I saw that the key had turned off.

ran about 12:00min lap so not very fast but it was my first lap and I was rather unsure of myself. and didn't want to kill any of the bikes that were passing me in the corners.

Here's some video my friend took riding along with me. On the first lap we lost it doing 100 mph passing a station wagon and left a 100 yard skid mark in the grass. I'm very lucky the car didn't flip or run smack into the guard rail.

What you do lift off the throtlle in the corner. I can't believe you would pass right there.

Have fun Ben , Weather looks to be cloudy raining in the morning to cloudy in the afternoon. So it will probably rain on one end and be dry on the other.

The asshole in the wagon wouldn't slow down or move out of the racing line so I had to go more to the inside than I would have liked. My best guess is that I hit a wet patch and the back end came out from behind me.

No comment on that. That is a Public one way road on tourist days So there is no race line. Also it is hard to picture the race line your trying to describe that your on or trying to get . I assume you spun at Schwedenkreuz. Was it Schwedenkreuz and were you trying to emulate that line? Good thing is nobody got really hurt or damage to cars

by what was said in the video. I think that looks like the right place. but I wasn't in the car.

It was that corner. I was being a little aggressive in trying to pass the wagon and had to come farther inside than I wanted. I was closer to the solid black line the whole time in that diagram. Hit some water because the track still wasn't dry in spots, and lost it. Important part is no one got hurt.

It's a work in progress. I'm trying to achieve the fastest car ever with a gearless transmission. Sometime next year it will be getting a turbo so I can get the power output I'd like. And it's not about having the fastest lap time. If you do that you lose sight of the best goal; having fun.
