It's only from 0900 - 1300.

This from HHR webpage just a minute ago. Has this changed Quote: August 2009: Touristenfahrten finden am 20. August von 17:00 - 20:00 Uhr statt
Touristenfahrten finden am 23. August von 09:00 - 12:00 Uhr
und von 13:00 - 17:00 Uhr statt.
Touristenfahrten finden am 27. August von 17:00 - 20:00 Uhr statt

Yes, the info on the page about August 23 is wrong. Right is "from 0900 - 1300" for that day.
