Anyone going to the Ring on Monday. They're open 1300-1900. I'm planning to go along with a couple of folks from our office. Gonna take the Miata.

We are supposed to meet at the Ramstein gas station at 10 on Monday if you want to drive up with us, but don't expect a fast trip. We'll be cruising about 80mph all the way.

I'm guessing you plan on stopping for lunch somewhere first? Anybody have a video camera?

I drive faster than 80 in the states

We will have a video camera, if I don't forget. We are taking the Miata with us and we don't push it that hard on the autobahn. We may cruise a little faster than that, but not a lot. We will probably have lunch when we get there. You're welcome to drive with us if you want to. If you want to cruise faster, I understand. If I was by myself in the Camaro, I'd be cruising faster too. In case you need it, our cell number is 01602093138.

We went and had a great time. Not too crowded so it was a lot of fun. Ben, I managed to stay on the track this time. I'll let Linda tell you what she did on the same corner.

You should have been with me Ben, I lost the car (the Miata) and the dumb ass car decided to do a double spin right in the middle of the track and then visit the grass area... Guess I should have been driving Jerry's car...LOL Linda

Sounds like you kept it from getting racing stripes, so that's a plus ;)

I had a blast! I was too aggressive the first lap out, but I managed to keep it on track. I'm glad I finally made it out there!

I borrowed Jerry's video camera and I'll try to load 1 or 2 laps someplace on-line. My internet connection sucks, but I'll see what I can do.
