I think it may actually be dry this time, so I'll head out there. Does it open at 10? and what's the cost?

Yes they open the gate at 10a.m. The costs are normaly 12euro for 15minutes driving. But in the winter they give you sometimes a little bit more time.
Im coming with my normal car an old corolla this time. My truck is in the shop for german tuev .

Was at N'ring today. Only about 15 people there LOL.
VERY cold but dry track. Should be the same at Hockenheim tomorrow, so don't forget warm clothes.
I'll arrive at 1100h.
Ben

That was a blast! I think I need better brake pads though, I'll have to start shopping around.

That was a nice but COLD day.
But I guess the brakes would have been fading much earlier if it was summer instead of winter.
You might look at some Pagid orange or yellow (Roy uses one of them) or Hawk HT-10 (that's what I use).
BTW, here's some pictures of today but I didn't see your car (didn't open all the thumbnails though...):

Anyone going to Hockenheim on Sunday? Looks like the weather is going to be very nice. I am taking my son out to the track, his first time riding with dad on the ring.
See you all later, Nick
