What do you mean?
He has a rear hand hydraulic brake for setting the car in some instances,but for the majority its all about keeping the car unsettled to do the manuever.

To me it looks like he was able to lock just the driver side front wheel when he went into the pylon area. That wheel was not turning when he was doing that donut.

After the first viewing I thought he did it in the hangar and in the lat set of barricades. After looking at it again, I may be imagining things. LOL. However, in the last set of barricades it looks like his driver side wheel locks going in to start the spin. Then it is released after all the wheels start spinning (3:40ish?). It may just be superior brake control though.
