O yes it was VERY close. :shock:

for both KOTH and year total.

The level of commitment and performance from the drivers is now upto the point that if one driver hits just 1 cone, he or she robs himself out of a good score :shock:

its the difference between a 5th or 3rd place, EVEN for the years total !
if you are in the top 3 and hit a cone, your out of the top 3.....

if Mario (red slalom renault clio) would not have hit a cone is his last race he would have most likely beaten me from 3rd place 2009 overall :pat:

Another observation is that, the other cars that came very close to the top 3 in KOTH where all 4wheel drive ... (audi s3, subaru impreza wrx, audi coupe)

AWD Boost buggy can be a formidable challenge in the dry and downright pwn in the wet.

The S3 also had a pretty good driver.

Ben, do you know the driver from the S3 personally ?

If so please tell him that he unfortunately did 1 run too few on sunday, otherwise he would have made a good score for KOTH. (very close to the silver subaru-4th/5th place)

But he had left, and therfore we where unable to tell him he needed 1 more run, but he did 3 dragrace runs, 3 slalom runs and only 2 roundcourse runs :pat:
