SLimm...

I have to hotcam kit in mine, now I may seem partial but its the best bang for the buck out there(ask these guys how my car runs:P). I paid like $500 and You get just about everything you need except seals, timing chain. You may also need different push rods, some do some dont. But you get 1.6 full roller rockers, springs, retainers the works. It will work good with stock heads and will run on the stock program, but as with anything will run better with a custom tune.

Other ones that will work with stock heads are the CC305, and if you really wanna go docile you can look into the LPE211/219 cam. It made to work with STOCK program.

On the hot cam look for a 30-40 HP gain, more with a tune. The cam change is not for the faint of heart so unless you know what you are doing shop around for a QUALITY facility.
Have any more questions, just post
Jeff
