Do you mean for the official race licences by DMSB? No, don't think so - Dennis (or Silke?) should have the forms or should know where to get them ...

The forms are numbered so a copy won't work. Silke may have an extra form. If you are an ADAC member you can probably get the form from them (motorsports section) and remember to submit the form through ADAC as it will save you 50 euro. Otherwise you can contact the DMSB. I have a contact e-mail address for the DMSB, but it's on my machine at home. I'll post it later.

Bruce I called DMSB once after we talked weeks ago and gave them your mail address. And you was supposed to let me know if you got it in between a couple days... so now I know you did not.
