Well, just got back from Luckau (actually, it feels like it, but been home since 1:30) ...
Apart from the driving, the day was nice, had dry (though not warm or nice) weather all the way up to the late afternoon/early evening, when we got some rain ...

Personally, I have to say the place sucked ... they put down big piles of ashes that were supposed to be compacted and hardened by the rain, for the stands. Anyway, they haven't had any rain over the last 6 weeks, so the whole place was pure dust. Including (and most importantly) the track - many/most people couldn't get traction, or keep their vehicles straight. So, their times sucked big time. Dennis did manage to get a 10.8 on his third run, which is a great time considering the condition. Also, the track was bumpy and everything at the end ... needs a good resurfacing ... timeslips only had R/T, 60, 330 (? must have been the 1/8 time, as it's highly improbable to run a 7.x on 330 and a 10.8 for the quarter), and the E/T & trap ...

I'll be posting some pics tonight or so ...

What happened to the pics.
And do not forget to mention they have to wait at the other end to return.
They made 3 lanes out of the runway, 2 going, one return.
On that weekend only single runs.
