I want to run all my speakers of one amp instead of two. Call me weird but I dont want a seperate amp for the sub. I am not going for any competitions I just want a good clean powerfull sound.

ok. will you have (2) sets of components? Fronts and Rears?
What type of Sub are you wanting to go with?
if the amp is powerful enough, you might only need a 4 channel..but I dont recommend running the sub on the same amp, because usually you will bridge the Sub output and it will task the amp the most. Bass hits and surges, with a Vmax peak. This will task the amp too much and cause alot of heat.
Usually you can run your component sets off the deck, if its high powered enough (usually will be if you by component sets with a X-over box, so the deck will only basically have to power the tweets for highs and the cone woffer for mids)
Then you only need a 2 channel amp, bridged for the sub.
If I'm wrong, Jaz will chime in.

I'm getting CDT ES 620-Z and 600 with a NINE.2.
All I need is a mono amp that puts out 450W RMS for my PG Sub....
And of course I need to install this stuff.

I already have everything minus the sub and amp. I have a Sony deck with Polk Audio 6.5 components and just regular Polk Audio 6.5's. I just need the sub for the lows. I think the deck does not supply enough power to speakers to get them to sound nice. I may be off but that is my take on it. It’s not the most high-end deck in the world. I just like the idea of a 5 channel amp, keep it simple. When you driving at 140+MPH it does not really matter what your system sounds like.
