Maybe you could ask on dragracing.de, some of the folks there know almost any car that has appeared on german tracks before ...

If I am not mistaken that guy is hear in Sembach. He has a shop with all American cars and a lot of parts. Not to talk $h!t but I have never heard anything good about him. I can go by and double check tomorrow but I am sure it is him.

you don´t need to ask him much. What i want to know, how is the condition of the car? Is the engine running? Is the transmission shifting? Maybe you can get a detailed list of parts, what have done with the engine, transmission, etc.

If you have cost for it, i would pay for it.

Thanks

Jens

the camaro was for sale on ebay.de for 5.000,- Euro.
I bought it for the money. Then i called him and asked him, if the car is in good condition and the engine runs. He said yes, everything is fine.
Last thursday i was taking the chevrolet tahoe with trailer and was driving 500 km to him to pick up the camaro.
When i was there, he told me, that the engine is not running now and he don´t know, why. The engine has no compression. Then he was taken the heads from the camaro to look, what is wrong. He could not find something.
Then he told me, that i can pick up the camaro like it is and i should fix it on myself. But still for 5.000,- Euro.
I told him, that i bought a running car from him, and i want a running car.

So, i was driving back home with nothing. 1000 km, 14 hours, 150 ltr. gasoline, all for nothing.

He said, he will fix it and then i can come again, but i think, he is an a..hole.
Why did´nt he said to me, that the engine is not running, BEFORE i was driving to him?

So, be carefull with this man!

He's the kind of guy that would screw over his own mother. But when I was there he was messing with it he said it was running and it was all back together. If you want when he tell's you its running I can go out and make sure he's not full of $hit.

it would be fine if you could see, if the engine is running.
