I think the Z28 headlights are not that bright!
Has anyone tried bigger/brighter bulbs?
Any other mods to make them brighter.

Actually they are a POS compared to any other car I know. My winter car (the Renault) has much brighter lights than the Camaro. AFAIK more powerful bulbs don't help much...

It's interesting that many Euro-Camaro owners say that the headlights are really bad while US-Camaro owners mostly say they can live with it.

So either you US guys are used to bad headlights ;) or the US-Camaros have *better* lights than the Euro-Camaros...? I don't know. Should compare them at the next meeting...

I have the ultra white bulbs in mine and they are deffinitly better than stock. I also put 100W in the high beam, plus running the 4 beam mod for the high beam.

Can the electrics take the extra wattage?
Does it not produce to much heat?
What is the 4 beam mod?

I've had them in since I bought the car in April and have not had a problem. The 4 beam mod. When you switch from low to high beam, the low beam goes out and the high beam comes on. After the mod, both low and high beam are on in high beam.
It's a matter over making a jumper wire and disconnecting another. It done under the dash near the steering colum.
Do a search under 4 beam mod or fog light mod, which keeps the fog lights on while high beam is on.
