There is a US Car & Bike meeting in Bad Sooden-Allendorf this coming weekend. As Saturday will probably be a bit wet, I will only be going up there with the Beamer that day, see if it's worth anything, and if it is, go there with the Camaro on Sunday (I'll be posting some preliminary info on Saturday night I guess)... they're starting out on Sunday with an "american breakfast", and will be having trophies ... see the attached URL for their poster of the event ...

First couple of pictures from today are up ... check here: http://uscco.insider.org/de/pictool.html?WHICH=badsooden

Turned out pretty nice weather, even though the forecast was pretty sorry ... just a stretch of clouds in the late afternoon, apart from that nice and sunny ... quite a bit better than the Fulda meeting, had some 40 cars there in all, only 4 F-Bodies incl. mine, and 5 or 6 Rustangs in all (though the Cobra didn't stay long). And, I didn't even forget to take some sun lotion, so no sunburn this time ... :)
Gave the card with the FBE-URL to all the F-Bods there, see if we can't stock up on new members a bit ...

If I interpret the weather radar corretly, we may luck out with the weather tomorrow, there's a huge rain front coming up from Bavaria, but it looks like it should either hit in the early morning, or not at all, so ...

With some trophies to be given tomorrow, I'm hoping to see a couple more cars there ...

Oh, here's the page of one of the guys who was there today ... http://home.t-online.de/home/ansgar.jonzeck/fuhrpark.htm

Sounds like a good time. I have 24h duty tonite, so I probably won't be there tomorrow either, but I should be a senior member by dawn. Thanks for the update, Garry. Nice pics also.

Just came back from Bad Sooden-Allendorf, turned out pretty nice, with hardly any rain (even less than we had at Leighton), and about 60 cars and a couple bikes in all ...

Turned a couple of heads in the old town center of BSA with some 30 or 40 cars taking a little cruise through town ... :)

Had a good time, maybe a couple of the F-Body owners will check in with FBE ...

Pictures are up under above URL ...

Not being a Ford expert, it looked pretty genuine ...

That's cool, but there's like a difference in value of about $450,000 for totally mint examples!! ;)

Hm ... nice ... as I said - not being an expert, I didn't check into it ... :) Had you asked yesterday, I could have checked into it today, as he was there again today ...
