Hey Tres,
It should take you about 1 to 1 1/2 hours to get there from Wurzburg. I'm driving down from Bamberg and it usually take me 2 1/2 hours. I only drive about 75-80mps though. 33yo handling and braking technolgy just don't cut it for high speed on the Bahn. I'll be leaving here around 0630-0700, depending on my wife and 3yo. Could even meet you at Lara's diner (where the Outback is) if you are unsure how to get to Hockenheim.

Hey Guy's there is an Esso on the Bahn right next to the track! Also I know where one is in Hockenheim. (at least it used to be on my last tour). So if you have fuel coupons you're good.

My wife's following me in another car so she can drop our son off at his gandparents in Landau. Any idea if once she drives in with me in the morning if she will be able to leave and get back in later?? Same with taking the cars out at night and getting them back in in the morning.

Well if it is like most car shows you get a pass that is your number as well as your pass. If worse comes to worse you could drive out and get your wife and drive her back in......See you all there.

Yeah that's how it worked at the Nurnberg show. They give you a pass, that they write your plate # on, and that will let you in and out of the gate. You don't get entered in to the show unless you take your car on the stage, because the judges are up there. They don't look at all the cars.

Talked to Tony today, our reserved parking will be somewhere close to the museum ... guess if you watch out for Tony's red SUV, you should be able to find it - we may have the banner up ...
