Well, I'm headed up today at 1400 to set up my car and camp tonight. Hope to see everyone up there.

@ Nick, get a job.
@ 30Birdy, I thought you were going to run the nitrous to get another shot at the NXZ28. BTW, I think my little rear end (the only one I have) in the car is acting up. Doesn't like the 3500 stall converter. Oh well, the car is still under warranty.

Are you gonna take off the TC if and when you turn it in?

I will have to. I is not too bad to change now that I have broken all the bolts loose and seperated the tranny from the engine. It was stuck on the engine and I had to pry it off. I think I am just being paranoid because of the wheel weights that fell off at the track and made the car vibrate in the rear end. I am checking it out at the craft shop at lunch. I am going to drive it until it breaks anyway. When I get back from the desert I am putting a 9" in it anyway. I am running on borrowed time right now with this weak rearend.

That is probably why my rearend is vibrating too. My wheel weight fell off too, 'cause it got brake fluid underneath it. That stuff is nasty.

Shoot, that's the difference between air force and army. j/k I have quite a few comp days that are owed to me, and my boss is cool enough to let me take them when it is good for me. Heck, I still got 8 comp days coming that i gotta use before I PCS in October.

What the hell is a comp day? Unless you have a really cool supervisor, you will not get too many comp days in the Army. We have training holidays, though, in conjunction with Federal holidays alot, so that helps a little.

LOL Comp days in the army. Yes we have them it is called quarters but you are sick in bed and not hanging out @ a race track checking out girls. That would get you a Art 15 and then you would be digging, and painting stones for 14 days after duty hours.

Well, I know that weekend sucked a big one!
For some reason, I just did not enjoy myself up there. It was cold and there was no scenery.
Plus there was about 18 billion people. Jerry's car got hit, but not bad. So, I think I might not go back anytime soon

What happened? Hit during a run or on the parking?
