This is the deal. If you are the first guy to beat the Hawk from FBE you win $100 bones. Any takers? I will race MY96Z first. First come first serve.

Depending on your speed, somewhere in that area ... about 320km distance ...
Anybody who needs directions to Fulda, take a look at http://www.reiseplanung.de, they have pretty decent routes calculated there ...

wow 3 hours. Scott, if you and the wife do go then we might head out there too. Have to see what happens now after the attacks in the U.S. Did you go to the dealer to look at rims? If so, did you happen to get a price? Mila has been begging for new rims also.

That's what it took me to get to Bitburg. Which was less than it took me to get to Hockenheim ... (due to Autobahn closure and extreme traffic jam, though)

Well ... with the current events, I guess not getting the permission for Vielseck was good ... I don't think they would even let a matchbox car on the base now ... much less non-US drivers ...

I look forward to it Sweeny. I am sure it will almost be close:D. But who knows if we can do this now with all that is going on, we'll just have to wait and see.

You must not pay any money, you will just win it if you beat across the finish line. Bragging rights will be free also.

Man, I will be playing tourguide that weekend. Maybe my Mom and Pop will want to see me win that $100 from Bruce.

Unless anything comes up, I'll be there. I will talk to Doug (with the Z3), he will probably be game. Just keep me posted.

Who is going for the 100 bones. Jack did they put a LS6 engine in your car by accident? or maybe just the heads? You got to much power, or ar you sandbagging? You are still the only one that has caught me sleeping and handed me my a$$. But I will pay up if you get me. You guys could have the bragging rights all winter.

Heck, my '79 won't really have a chance (yet:)), but it'll be fun never less ...
Anyway, we have to get started with preparations ... at least if we're going to do more than just the quarter ... still haven't gotten any word on anybody bringing cones ... !?

How many do you need? I hope we could test and tune all 3 events, so we can be prepared for next spring. Gary did Tony give you the other OSL info? It is looking really good, I am not finished yet though. It will look alot better when we get some pic's in there. Thanks
