I know a lot of people going to the frankenstien castle. I personally am not going due to lack of funds (dirt poor). I think I would drink a little too much also!!:P

I can't help but notice we still have a few open things on the list for sunday ... this is wednesday already ...
- who's doing the cooking and bringing the food?
- generator is covered I think (Tony? Glen?)
- poles asre with the rest of the timing equipment w/ Tony
- shoe polish (Roy's not coming I guess ... so ...)
- table or two would be useful ...
- tent might be covered, Glen is bringing the trailer which has an extenable tent roof or something ...
Anything else we need?
Oh yeah, somebody please order some dry weather for Sat&Sun ...

The weather is ordered.
But my question is, is there any time schedule for the sunday?

Quote: The weather is ordered. Tnx ... as of now, weather forecasts speak of 30% chance (danger) of rain... I guess we'll know by Sunday ... Quote: But my question is, is there any time schedule for the sunday?
Rough schedule is like this (on the web site, too):
900-1000 Signup, welcome
1000-1230 free runs, test&tune, grudge
1230-1300 lunch break
1300-1500 qualification runs (like, three each or so)
1530-1630 elimination, finals
1700 announcements of winners, handing out the trophies
All times are rough estimates ...

Quote: Are we doing bracket racing again?? I hope not...
Yep... that is the only way we can get people to participate. Who wants to loose out in the first round to Glenn or something. That is why we are doing grudge runs.... That will get you what you want....

I will be there. Just got word my car is ready. They wanted to drive it back to Spang from Permissens. Of course I said "hell no". Then they asked if it would make it with breaking down. So I am picking it up this afternoon.

Yeah, but they can't do a whole lot with it. The rev limiter is set at 5500 and the speed limiter is set at 110MPH. I just don't want them driving it like 80 or so miles. Anyway, legally they can't drive a USEURE plated vehicle with out a USEURE license. But no, I don't want them to drive it back!!! Would you? I know Howie wouldn't
