Bruce, I guess you win by default. Just got back from the craftshop and will not be able to run the firechicken. About 3 weeks ago Roy & I where going down A5 (120mph) & hit something in the road (still don't know what it was). Well I found out today that it crushed the side of the oil filter and cat converter. Looks like it might be out of contention for the last 1on1 event of the year.

Come on man! I want a ride around the auto cross. Go down to the local parts store and purchase an oil filter. OH wait we are in Germany. Go to your local rape me parts store on base/post and get one. Don't worry about the cat. What ever is knocked loose in there will eventually spit out the end.

If you get up here early, there is a parts store here in speicher that stocks american parts. I plan on still being passed out/drunk/hungover, so if you want, my folks know where it is located. About 15 min from bitburg.

Bruce, you didn't think I'd let you walk away with it that easy did you!?!?! I got a filter and left the cat alone...it's been fine this long :lol:

Cleaned the whole underside of the car (oil spray everywhere!!!) greased the joints checked the air presure in the tires....ready to roll in the AM!!!! Thanks for the help offer guys!!!!

Look forward to seeing all of you tomorrow for the FBE Cup!! Be safe driving down there and those that are there don't drink too much!!

Now he says that he is done with the whole thing and he is going to detune her to run 12's next year. If the is the case and every one else believes this then I have some ocean front property in Arizona for sale! Any takers?
