F-Body Europe

I'm one of the new guys, so play nice. I'm coming from Wiesbaden, on Sat morning. What I need help with is:
1) directions
2) travel time (will have Dodge4X4 in tow 85mph)
3) time event starts
4) besides 1/4 mile what other racing is there
5) how much $$ for racing and 2 vehicles
6) do I need a helmet
I'm kicking around the idea of coming down Fri afternoon, I'd like to help with the setup and all that stuff but I need details. Is there a local installation that I could stay at(lodging)? I've been trying to join on line, it keeps giving me a hard time!!!!!! I know I've asked for alot of information, any would be great

If you go to http://www.osl-racing.de and look at "events and meetings" you will see "Bitburg Race Days". All of the times and info are in there. Just under the Bitburg Race Days is "Tech Requirements" and that will tell you if you need a helmet. As for directions there is another post on here in this same section asking the same thing.
