ALL Pontiac owners hear this. Labor day weekend there is a All pontiac meet in Switzerland. It is located a skip and a jump away from stuttgard. guessing 150 K could be wrong but will have the actual location when I check out the flyer. All years and most models are represented and approximately 200 cars expected. I talked to the event organizer at the corvette and viper event and he mentioned that there is no admission fee and will have drag racing 2 hours on Saturday FREE, also a party Saturday night for those staying over thru Sunday. You will see GTO's Trans am's and pretty much anything PONTIAC.
They also have a 35th anniversary Trans Am so Pack your bag and request your days off now!
More information to follow
By the way they will have parts for sale for our 1st and 2nd generation owners

Well I guess the wife's Camaro will have to be in the parking lot, huh? Sounds like a blast though. I might just have to go to this.

Yeah, good idea. You gonna let pt-crusin' ride in the WS6 also? You still got those badges? Or did you sell them to R@mpage, like the floor mats? J/K What is the next event you are going to? I'll get 'em then.

I've still got the badges. I'll hold them for you. I don't know what to say. I got Rampage some Intrax springs and they were so lonely in the garage. Hawk and I put them in the WS6. I had to order him new ones. I'll be at Bitburg this weekend. Take a break next weekend then go to the Street Nationals in Munich 24/25 Aug and the All Pontiac day 1 Sep.

I just think that the little guy dancing around looks like the marshmellow man from the Ghostbusters movie. He is like a big roasted marshmellow. Mmmmmmmmmmm, smores.
Rich, that sounds like a plan. I gotta drive to Rotterdam this weekend, but I hope I will be able to stop by Bitberg on the way back. Anyone know when the festivities will close down on Sunday at Bitberg. I just wanna see some racing. I'll even watch Pontiacs. Hey, didn't Hawk get beat by a camaro?

Yep them pesky camaros just happen to be a Donavan 443 small block drug in on a trailer but very nasty!!! Open class in a vette meet anything goes. However I beat a dragster powered vette??? 2nd out of 100+ cars anything goes I was happy. 2nd gives me room for improvement and a excuse to mod up some more.

Gil, we still leaving on Saturday with tent and bags? I would like to see how the Swiss can party on Saturday night. If we are heading down 6 to 81 south to Stuttgart then into Switzerland. We could meet up with others somewhere south of where 6 and 81 meets. Anyone know a good place (reststop/truck stop)? After Sunday we could cruise by the Bodensee over to Lindau by A7 and come up that way.

Sure we are still on for Saturday. It should not take us more than 3 or 4 hours to get there I don't think. And yes it would help if the BBQ man Chris could make it that way. I
am still debating if I will make it to Munich for the street nationals.

When we went to Switzerland in June we bought a pass at one of the gas stations near the boarder and it cost us either 14 or 15 Euros. We just held it up the window instead of sticking it on so we could use it in any vehicle as each vehicle has to have one. The fine if you get caught without it is pretty high, at least that is what they told us.

Me and my friends want to convoy to Southern France (Camping, Beach, Girls, Cruising... all others have station wagons.. ) on Sunday Afternoon.
I asked my copilot if we could drive on Saturday to this meet and join then the convoy on Sunday evening (only 100km away), but no way, he has to learn for his studies...
Perhaps he changes his opinion, but I don´t think so - and the other cars are already full.
So I think, I won´t make it.
