Hope all made it home ok. There were more cars than in Lausitz but alot of time was just sitting around talking smack. Silas car was loud, John made Sat. then had to work, Walter, Dino stayed up late in the night. Jerry brought his SS and Hotlips brought her truck. Hawkeye started the burnouts. Linelocks are great. Probably needs a set of rear tires soon. The drunks put on a great show Saturday night pulling and pushing people around in a metal cage, and the truck with the flame thrower trying to BBQ a van. rt1 missed out on a couple of guys getting their ears warmed up by some gal’s legs. Amazing how they go head down and feet and legs up around your ears. Hawkeye got it on tape for those that couldn't make it. On the way back Don and Gil was whipping up on Merc's and Porsches.

ANd many other things were overheard over this great weekend. Dino could not have been a better host specially taking Linda shopping Friday night!! . And yes Bruce needs a new set of tires. the can of whoop a** that was opened on the mercedes and the Porsche 911 carrera was a great end to an awesome weekend.

The long drive was definitely worth it. It was a great weekend until I got home and HotLips tried to kill me. She pulled the truck up by our big sliding glass door and we unloaded it. While she was putting the truck in the garage, I pulled the Camaro up by the same door and got a big armload of stuff out of the car and headed in the house with it. I was looking down to make sure I didn't drop anything and walked straight into the sliding glass door that she had shut without telling me. Unfortunately it was plate glass instead of tempered glass and I got some nasty cuts, but nothing critical. We were in the Emergency Room at Landstuhl until 0500 this morning. I got 15 stitches in my knee and 7 in my right hand. I have to go back to the orthopedic clinic tomorrow. It cut one of the tendons in my index finger and they have to open it up again and fix that. I am OK though, or will be in a few days when I quit leaking oil. I did learn one thing though. I will never take the car keys away from HotLips again!!!

I had a wonderful weekend. Dino and Caroline thankyou so much for the wonderful time, you were great hosts. Great company, nice cars, WONDERFUL BLACK TRUCK!! When we got home and got to the hospital Jerry told the hospital staff just before he passed out that I tried to kill him (he was trying to make a joke) but they took him serious so I was questioned for an hour... He is ok now so that is great.
Oh we are going to have a new addition to the board soon, our son is stationed over here, we heard this morning so look out guys, he will help momma get a car to beat the one with all the stickers!!
Well anyways we had a wonderful time and can't wait to do it again...

(My head and my stomach and my credit card bill also said no no! )
See you next time!
@jerry: Ouch, i´m glad that nothing more serious happend!

Wow Jerry so hotlips paid you back for taking the SS keys away from her??? J/K
BTW I thought the old blazer that attempted to do a burnout right in front uf us and exploded his rear axle was one of the best show off things that happened. It sounded like ball bearings in a blender as Rich would say. It was classic and the flame throwing truck trying to BBQ a suburban was good too I was waiting for it to go boom the tires were still burning as he drove by. The people sleding in the cage are lucky to still be alive. Had a great time and yes I need new tires no more showing off for me way too expensive but I did manage to get there attention and enjoy watching people trying to top it.

well canuck,
you can beat me any time, I will take a couple of decals off that way we can be a little more competitive. I am thinking each decal is worth 25 horsepower. Or perhaps you can add a couple of decals to you 35th anniversary and we can solve the problem.

Well I guess you won't have to take any decals off as I am sure I won't get anymore flack from Jerry... J/K
Have a great time in Switzerland, we won't be there as I think I have to stay home and cater to Jerry now...
