Mainly to the guys who have been at auto cross courses, but also to the rest - at 50,-/car (wasn't it?) for 3+3 laps, shouldn't we be able to set something ourselves for a little cross meeting? I don't know about the Frankfurt/Wiesbaden/Würzburg area, but I guess it should be possible to get e.g. the airfield the Fulda meeting was at for a day for little to no rent ... would probably need to get a hold of a bunch of cones to mark the course, but apart from that ... (plus, at the old airfield, need to do a close check of the ground prior to doing any serious driving ... lots of old metal pieces, screws and nails flying around there ... especially great to see someone do a burnout and wheelie close to the spectators ...)
Any comments?

Well your talking about 50 to 100 cones for the course flags radios are nice timinglights, Liability insurance and rules. For example the very basic one only one car on the track at a time. The list goes on . it starts to add up. I think the hardest to get would be liabililty insurance.

Yeah I know but safety is paramount and some has to be serious so every one else can have fun.
