I'm putting up some numbers when I get around to it - hopefully tonight ... in short, great weather, lots of runs (almost 300 on Saturday alone! And that's with delayed start ...), couple nice SG/SST cars with the dutch car running a 9.7 I think, and lots of fun for all the people there ... only had about 90 people to enter, but that's not too bad ... could use a couple more ... ;)

of course... what do you expect? all Vilseck Clan was missing!

However, we had Novarat running 10's and a SuperStreet running 9's, everybody I talked to had lots of fun, it was a great atmosphere,
I was busy like hell, TV was there and might be back for the next one

we had several concession stands
but I will need a PA system, today I got no voice left
and I need about 3 days of sleep to recover.

Jack,
I was not driving my 69. You saw me, you just didn't know it. If you remember where the registration table was then you should remember walking by a red and white 66 Nova, that was me. I made 2 full runs on Saturday and could only get 10.77 at 121mph with a 1.55 60 (not good at all!). I made some adjustments and wanted to get in a few more runs on Sunday, but without the timing system I would not have been able to determine my progress so I elected to wait. I know that the Dutch students running their big block S/G Nova ran a 9.8 and two 9.7's with 1.5 60's before the system failed, so the track has the capability. I'm planning on bringing the car again in June so stop by and say Hi.

always wanted to beat up on a supergas car!!! That would make the drive worth it. If I loose it wont be by much.
