Jaz,
I was a bit ticked off when I first started..plus I had to go first
Sweep - was told 60 hz was loudest
1st Run
amps at about 80% - tuned to 60hz - 50Hz Sub LPF was ON in

the deck - Sub volume was about 4...Bass gain was 3 or 4 - I hit 133.71
2nd Run
amps about 90% - tuned to 60hz - Sub LPF set to THRU

- Sub volume was 5 - Bass gain 4 - I hit 132.something.....WTF.
I am an idiot. Not to do a sweep AFTER an adjustment...at this point I was in 3rd (last place) because Juans (Sunfire) car hit 135-136 with 2x 10's with the gains down and the Golf Hit 139.21 w/ a W7
So I asked to go again with a sweep....and the Hz did change...I can remember but I think it was in the mid 40s...I hit 138.21....then I turned the sub volume to 6 and bass to like 5 or 6, blocked off the trunk as much as possible with my Vert bracket bag and I hit 138.67 - then it was too hot...and I stopped...and my ears were goin' nuts. I can easily hit 140s if I was able to use the sound foam on my top....everyone was blowing fuses but me....the Golf was getting nervous, because at one point I was very close to topping....she used an 80 amp fuse, and got 139.48...to win...
