There is a Tuning Show at Saarbrücken, 8 - 10 July.
I was asked if I am interested to represent 1on1 and advertise.
This is a short notice, I know. I was called today and I got to send the confirmation fax this Thursday.
For the money I pay I can display 3 cars (more at extra cost) and includes electricity and rope to fence the area off.
Since I want to represent 1on1 with a variety of cars I am looking for volunteers who want to show their car, a free ticket for all weekend is included so you can stay with your car (or look at all the other stuff).
So far I got one Beetle (Paula, she got the original invitation and brought it to my attention) and a MX-5 (to represent the ricer category), would like to have at least one to 3 American cars, i.e. F-body, Mustang, Dodge... so please get the word out.
Even though the car is representing 1on1, it is no problem to also represent the original club (i.e. FBE) as well. Sales of any kind is not allowed. All showed vehicles must be in "show condition" of course, and
even though all have their beauty, should be something special.
BTW there is supposed to be a US car show as well at this Event.
You also could get together and represent FBE with 3 cars separatly, the cost is 87 Euro basic pay plus 29 for any extra vehicle, including tickets and electricity... and deposit for all kinds of things you'll need.
However, the deadline is Friday morning.

Can somebody copy this info to the Mightys (I am getting too tired and want to go to bed)
before I forget: we set up on 8 July, Friday morning before 10am.
If that is not possible (no leave) we can arrange for Thursday evening to leave the car there (secured show room 5 days before the event starts)
I also like to take the extra TV and DVD player and play racing clips from Bit, whoever got some... may I have a copy?
