There is a test and tune for the German Dragracing League before the big Nitro Olympics on the 19/20 Aug.
They will also run an 1/8 mile Public race in conjunction with it.
I know it's the same time as Bitburg but it's closer for me and with these 4:10 gears the Ventura loves the 1/8 mile.

is the GP track open too, or is it just the 1/8 mile?

no GP track and I'll be at bitburg, GP track and I might make 1 day of each.

As the Quartermile is part of the GP track (the piece just before the infield and before the start/finish line) if I'm not mistaken, I don't think it will be open, also they will need to use the start/finish line for lineup, too, as they do for Nitrolympx ... - Roy, Ben, can you comment on this?

Right, there's no shortcut from Sachs Kurve to start/finish BUT according to this page the "Ostkurs" is open... whatever that is. Maybe from 2nd right after start/finish to parabolica to hairpin to Mercedes arena and after that right to the part between 1st and 2nd corner after start/finish?

Ben

Hm ... looks like they not only used Silke's idea on how to get more rubber down (thanks to the public racers), but also use the "5€ run" pricing, except they have no "all weekend racing" flat price ...

Yeah, looks like they copied Silkes idea with th 5euro. I'll be there because I'm helping someone prepare a SG for the next weekend.
