It is a Superflow 880E dyno.

Remember if you want to be a part of this you are eventually going to have to pay a $350 dollar deposit. We are shooting for mid July, once deposits are in I will reserve the dyno facility and make up a time line with those who payed first being first in line.

I am thinking of having this event on Friday, Saturday, and a flow over day on Sunday morning.

So you are more than likely going to have to request some leave time to do this if you are someone who has a date scheduled for Friday.

He going to pay your deposit as well?

Seriously though, I will sign you up as someone who is definantly going to do this, just make sure Don has your money.

BTW, looks like our BCT won't be going anywhere, but that could change.

I had a gentleman: thomas.vrecar@t-online.de

send me mail, but my reply bounced, so I'm not sure what's up with his email, but the answer to his question is:

Jeff, I have a principle question about OBD1 tuning.
In the german forum are different opinions about this. Can you make a tune up on F-body's
with the old ECM's and OBD1 ALDL without chip change? I think not..... or is there a transitional
period with cars that you can flash over the ALDL?

There is a transitional period for LT1 cars.
92-93 - chip only,
94-95 - obd1 flash,
96-97 - odb2 flash....

I can do the chip based cars as well, I wasn't planning on bringing that hardware, but I probably can....

I hope to see you there as well!!

Is anyone going to let me know who to send the deposit to and when it is due? I got the money, I just need to know where to send it.

It's just not looking like there's enough folks ready to commit for me to cover airfare, closing my shop in NC for a week (to tuning anyway) and all that fun stuff.

I'd love to come over, I've never been to Germany, and I need the vacation, these 16 hour days take their toll on an old man!

Is there an "off season" when the airfare isn't $1300 US for a flight?

Take it easy, and I loved the video from your last drag race event, awesome!!
