posting for Rico, I dont know if he is on here: Ok Guys & Gals, Motor Weekend is going to be 20-22 July. I have a couple of really cool sponsors so far - Jaeger-Mister and Corona. Both have a ton of give-a-ways for you guys!! Entrainment will be The Wild Bobbin Baboons on Saturday night. Oh yeah, maybe, just maybe some real cool special guests. (RedNeck knows what I’m working on.) The portable dyno will be here on Saturday and trying on keeping him here for Sunday. Some other ideas I’m working on are: - A flea-market on Saturday morning to help you get rid some of old parts and maybe you can pick up some new ones. - Burn-out pit for the cars. - A cruise/poker run on Saturday afternoon. What else would you like to see added? I’m putting in some really big buck$ into this to make it a great event for YOU, so hope you guys support it. Rico |

Same weekend as 1on1 ... maybe we can get some posters/flyers up out there and get folks to come over for some racing? In turn, we could put some flyers out in Bitburg, too ... |

I just have to ask why schedule it for the same weekend as dragracing at Bitburg. I'm sure there are several people who would like to attand both. Now we will have to choose. That means that both the Motor Weekend and 1 on 1 lose. Not real bright. |

He had to get the date in by dec to lock in everything....he had about 10K into the show....Garry, or anyone from 1 on 1.....any way to bump the races up or back a week? |

No way ... takes enough sweat and talking from Silke to get the track and everything, Silke has enough problems getting dates that won't collide with other well-established racing events in Germany or Europe ... summer doesn't have enough weekends ...

Dang....this sucks...But I have to go to the show....some people may show up....maybe with the drags being the same weekend, I will have a better chance for a trophy

Hmm a donut contest who can get a perfect domut the quickest. (perfect circle). Oh the flee market is a great idea. (ill bring a trailer.) or maybe a sound contest the loudest and the best sounding. Just have like 10 neutral judges. |

I'm still not sure what this is. The early posts had some hype about certain things/people being there, but what? Is this a car show or some other type of automotive event? |
