Just talked to Tony about the OSL racing for October ... first of all, he hurt his back trying to lift some weights for the tree, so he's definitely excused for not showing up again yesterday ... says he's doin' better again, though ... best wishes to him

I am willing to give you the handicap. So it will come down to the driver. But you would have still beat the hawk fair and square if you can drive???

Hey Bruce, sounds like your clutch is going to be gone after that day ... along with your tires and a couple other parts ... :)))

Anyway, I've put a couple of other things we will need on the list, check it out and see what you have ...

Man I can almost feel that $100 in my hands. I will put 2 cars on you out of the hole before you can say LS1, and you will not be able to pull them back either you all will bow down to the Silver Bullet!!!

Even if you put 2 car lengths on me I will pass you before the 1/4. However most races are won at the light. I will be gone AT green. I must save most of my energy for the grudge runs. JR If you dail that car in and I allow a handicap you will waste me. However I will carry a second person to slow me down a little. I am open to other sugestions though like a 1/2-2 second headstart second head start though. Most of the quick lS1 I race get beat by 3-5 car lengths and some slow LS1 10-15. LT1's I cant say for sure and I do not want to scare them away. LOL

Well, let me say this, before some significant mods I have done, just before I PCS'd, I ran a 13.001 @ 109.67 in Md. on Cecil County dragway. This was without even removing a valve cover, through the stock exhaust (ex. flowmaster muff), on my Jamex lowering springs which caused significant wheelhop resulting in a lackluster 2.0 60ft. You are in for one hell of a run. My car has never seen the tail lights of a LS1 car. But hey, there's a first time for everything right?

You are close best @12.89 177.3KM. 2.05 60 ft times this will be a slippery track. My RT are around .550. The latest news you may win that 100 bones looks like we will be limited to 1/8th mile. My car does better the second half if that makes any sense. This race will be won at the lights. Hopefully by me. LOL

Well, to tell you the truth my car does better the second half also. I have never ran the 1/8th before, I imagine I will have just shifted to 4th or close to it. What were your last 1/4 mi times?

Jeff

Top of 3rd @ 6600RPM. 12.89 @ 177.3KPH 1/4, 1/8 mile times are 8.59 @ 140 KPH. I am in third here also. My 60ft times stay around 2.0-2.2 with tire spin. FWIW We will not post times like this at fulda because traction will be a problem. This will be your last chance to beat the hawk sounds close but I am sure you are currently sandbaging. I will be upgrading this winter for 11's in the spring. With sub 2.0 and 200kph trap speeds to win back the 100 bones if I loose. LOL

I just mean you are holding out on the details not telling all. I am trying to size you up so I do not blame you. I am doing it also. My point is when I ask you a question like what have you done to the car since the 13.0 you will talk around it and not give the details.

LOL! Yes I am sandbagging, but like you said you are too. Although I will admit, I am having a hard time sizing you up.
Thank for editing that post George, you are a true street racer!:) Yes, I will let you bolt it on for a few runs, wink, wink;)

PSST! I'll tell you my mods (everything, not hiding a thing) if you tell me (all) yours? Over a private e-mail of course, we dont want all these other guys knowing, now do we?

Jeff
