Several folks from the Corvette forum will be doing a cruise around Odenwald on Sep 14th ... starting out near Darmstadt at 1200, with a coffee break and dinner afterwards ... I checked, seems like GM V8 are welcome ;)

Let me know and I can post some more details, or read here in German ...

Sorry, I still cannot make it yet. I am just now getting my heads sent off for repair and porting. No word on a motor yet.

Looks like I'm already at another place at this weekend.

Well, looks like it's going to be a great day for the cruise ... bright sunshine, not a cloud in sight ... post some pictures tonight so you know what you missed ;)

Yep the weather here is cold and crisp and sunny here. Enjoy the cruise.

Had a great cruise ... pretty good turnout, too ... 17 'vettes in total, of those one C3, one (or two?) C4 ZR1, and a bunch of C5, couple C6 ... about 120mi cruise distance in total, sure was glad I didn't attempt that with my Camaro, it wouldn't have made it around the corners ... :)

Great weather too ... most of the cars drove open, though after the coffee break I decided to leave the t-tops on as it started to be a bit cloudy ...

Got a couple pictures, need to d/l from the camera ...

Don't understand this -- is the turning circle of the Firehawk smaller than the one of the Camaro?
