I know we don't have any more time for another event, but I was just wondering if we might try to have at least one more meeting. I think we might be able to pull one more at the beginning of November, but what do you guys think???

Jack has a good idea. Why not is my question. I am currious what I can do with the car before the transformation with those slicks I got.

Tony asked me on Sunday if we could do something for the end of October - I'd love to, because by then I might have my brake working again on the '79 - anway, knowing the weather here in Germany, I'd be cautious as to where and when we want to do anything ... we pretty much lucked out on Sunday ... and the weather is still pretty nice ... we'd probably have to do it on short notice - like, check out the forecast on Friday morning, get to the guy in Sembach by noon to pay and sign the contract ... if we do it just for us, it would be 375 divided by the number of people ... the marks for the timing system should still be there for a while, so setting up should be possible in two hours or so ... we could go by 10 or 11 if the folks from the area started by 8 or so ...

Bruce it is always a gamble with the weather , I am more concerned with current events because I think that will play more of a deciding factor than anything.

Would it be possible to get that place in Fulda or somewhere else? Maybe its a better track, and closer for some of us, also it would give the people from the different area's of Germany a chance to go if they coulndt make it for distance reasons, and give a more widespread area of promotion of the club. Just my .02.

Please forget the name "Fulda" for now ... I might be checking out something else in the Schweinfurt area later, maybe that's another possibility ...
Anyway, if we are doing something else this year on short notice, I doubt and don't think it should be for anything officially announced ... as long as we can cover the track cost @ up to $25 per person, I'd say this time we should just go and have fun without having to worry about organization and making an idiot out of ourselves in front of other people

I will not be able to make it unless it is this weekend? Gary could you create a data base with the registration from last weekend I think your plan was to post it under OSL? Tony would like a copy also. Thanks.

Actually if you really think about it, my car should be quicker, I just do not like to rev it to the moon like some people do:) Maybe when I do the heads and get some stiffer springs I will rev it up there........
