When are you doing this to your MR2?

*gg* some 300+HP in the MR would be nice, but hard to handle ...

Also, getting that HP is easier to get, too ... the japanese Gen3 turbo engine puts out around 300HP stock, rear clips can be gotten for less than €5k ... with some tuning, they can easily put out beyond 400hp ...

Hmmm... sounds like an accident looking for a place to happen.
I know that "underpowered" MR2's can be a handful and "overpowering" them is not going to improve things at all.

Over at the MR2-forum, every now and then some newbies (read: new @ driving) come in and ask about getting an MR ... it usually doesn't take long for the first (standard) answer: Learn to drive first ;)

But an MR is fun on Snow :)

So are you saying having too much throttle is a bad thing in these cars.

Garry in my vid archives I believe I got you hanging the tail out in hockenhem, just after the start/ziel linie going into the sharp right hander.

With the MR? I don't think I spun at the start/finish ... just about every other curve, but not that one ;)

I think SCC did a project MR to the tune of about 700hp. Silly if you ask me but still cool. Gary when are you going to bring it out to Bitburg?

I had the MR there once last year to do some AutoX ... next time is F-Body meetin' time, so the 'maro it will be then ...
Problem with the MR is it's stupid to sleep in ... but with the construction hanger there, I can sleep there, so maybe next May or June of the temperatures are bearable ;)
