INVERT it so it looks like a reverse negative

The dark area above the fetus will now look the like the thing Mar wears over her head...revert and invert the pic a few times to adjust yours eyes...the little thing sticking out of the fetus towards the bottom i guess is the nose. then you willsee the mouth and eyes...just remember when looking at things dont assume its looking right at you...it appears she is looking down and to the left.

nah, im an amateur photographer and work for American Forces Network as a maintenance technician - it comes with the experience to see things like that easily.
