I was at the craftshop with my dad installing Hotchkis springs on our buddys Camaro and this guy pulls in with a 2002 durango in really nice condition. I go there to get him straight in and then he parked so he could lift it on the 4 arm lifts. Well this other guy comes in which he pays to install his outer tie rod ends on his car and says "no you can not have it sitting there it is totally cricket" My dad my buddy and me where looking at the guy as if he was crazy. We just kept our selves out of it and suddenly he tries to Jack it up: Now comes the bad part.
He jacks it up and totally maches the rockers of the guys car(where side skirts go) the guy that owns the car asks "is everything alwrite and he says yeah we just have to let it down again I will bend that back(hahaha) . So he says ok and they jack it up again (on the gaaaasss tank) dent it and them he says the same thing again. We were like """ every body knows what would come next.
Then suddenly we got the springs installed and our buddy drives his camaro out. (It dies) (vacuum leak) so this hhh guy comes and tries to tell my dad a master-machanic who been working on cars all his life especially Chevys whats wrong with it. My dad about explodes. He is trying to tell my dad that there is a screw missing. There arent even threads to hold a screw(hahaha) It was just because the o-ring that went in the whole on the LS1 intake on top where the vacuum hose goes was so dried out and the hose was not quite tight enough to the thing(no sealing) (he was trying to tell us three screws went there and said he is totally shure)
I can not stand people like that, or how do you guys see this?
