Here is what I have found so far: This is the one that has been getting everyone recently: "Minimum body ground clearance must not be less than 8 centimeters for flexible body parts such as ground-effect spoilers or air dams and 11 centimeters for hard parts such as exhaust, frame components, and suspension." Tint is completely outlawed. I was previously able to get through with tint at the top of my windshield. It now states you cannot have it on either front side window OR on the windshield...unless it is non-film tint from the manufacturer. They are also finally being proactive and making people remove their tint in the states before shipment. That is good because then people will know what they are up against before they even ship their vehicle. They have finally realized that there are MANY variables in decibel measurment including different scales on the testers they use. I fought them hard on that previously to no avail. The law this regulation is based off of targets motorcylces with a vengance for some reason. Here is the good part!.....we are now officially good up to 95 decibels! This is measured in the DbA scale. If they don't know what that is then they are probably doing it wrong. The only downside is they got rid of the paragraph about surrounding structures could not be within 50m (if I remember right). It does state that there can be nothing except the individual and the person testing inside an imaginary rectangle of at least 3m surrounding the vehicle. It also states that if 95 Db is exceeded on the first test they have to test it 2 more times. As bonus #1....and backup argument #1, I found this: "To allow for lack of precision in the measuring instrument the figures read from it during measurement shall each be reduced by 1 dB(A)". To me that is saying I can fight for a 96 dB max As bonus #2....and backup argument #2, I was unable to find ANY specific requirement to rev the engine to 1/2 max RPM's on anything other than motorcycles. It also states that a "static" test will be performed to ck dB. I am sure that will be ignored and the motorcycle requirement will be used, but it is a valid argument. I'll let you know of anything else I find. I love to hate regulations.

Yeah, it does, Garry. We don't have minimum ground clearance regulations (at least not in absolute numbers). And what if a car is louder than 95 dB stock???

As long as it is stock exhaust you will be good.
It seems like they pick out random things every few months or so and start failing everyone for it though. I cannot say you will always pass, but I think you will be good. It might not be a bad idea to pick up a dB testor. They are fairly inexpensive. That way you atleast have an idea of where you are at.
